Charles founded Scaffold Resource in 1998 and has since grown the company to be a leader in the vertical access services industry in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has over twenty-five years of experience in the industry and has been a major contributor to the growth of the scaffold industry in this marketplace. He has led the organization to be customer-oriented, competitive in pricing, and proactively aggressive in ensuring safety issues are prioritized by Scaffold Resource personnel and its’ customers.

Gary has been an integral member of the scaffold and access community for nearly 20 years, leading several operations, both locally and nationally. During his time in the business, Gary has reached unparalleled success managing multi-functional teams, driving business improvements and processes, scaling organizations, and creating a ‘team first’ environment that embraces both communication and culture.

Chief Operating Officer

Jim Vecchione

Jim assumed the role of General Manager at Scaffold Resource in 2021 where he now manages all aspects of the business operations. He has over 17 years of experience in facilities and project management having worked as Executive Director of Facilities at University of Rhode Island, Bryant University, & Drexel University where he also received his Bachelors of Business Management and Masters degree in Construction Management. He brings a multitude of experience having managed the implementation and deployment of computerized maintenance management systems at Drexel and Bryant as well as millions of square feet of new construction & renovations across 6 university campuses. Jim has been awarded the PGMS Honor Award for Best Urban Campus 2016, Drexel Leaders 2020, Providence Business Journal 40 Under Forty 2018.

Jose Lopez

Jose brings over a decade of financial management experience in the construction industry acting in the role of CFO and Controller for commercial contractors. Prior to this Jose earned his CPA and worked for one of the largest international accounting firms serving middle market and publicly traded companies.

Karl O'Reilly

Karl brings a wealth of expertise to our team with a remarkable career spanning over two decades in the construction industry, specializing in equipment rental, services, and manufacturing. In his most recent role as chief operating officer, he successfully managed a merger across North America between the second and third-largest trench safety companies. Karl’s leadership resulted in a harmonious integration, that served as a catalyst for a growing 800-employee, 70-branch operation, with a focus on safety and culture. his focus on expanding core business revenues and improving field margins through strategic realignment, operational excellence, and fleet management was instrumental to the company’s success.

Prior to that, Karl served as vice president, for a global access and infrastructure firm, with a concentration across North American markets. During his tenure, he led a nearly fourfold increase in revenues over a seven-year period, with a strong emphasis on executing strategic acquisitions for growth and optimizing operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Karl has held various management positions, refining his skills in both sales and operations, remaining focused on inorganic and organic growth. Karl’s amazing energy, experience, and personality will position the resource team for success, for many years to come.

Loretta Lewis has managed the administrative and in-house operations for Scaffold Resource for over 10 years. Her role involves a myriad of oversight responsibilities across departments creating solutions for any issues that arise. Loretta plays a significant role in the company’s ability to expand its support structure for our growing customer base in both the private & government sectors.
